Founded in 1986, Spotlight Dance Conservatory, formerly Dance Etc. School for Performing Arts has been a proud member of the Newtown community for over 35 years. 

 

Spotlight Dance Conservatory is committed to providing a high-quality dance education to enhance the overall development of each of our dancers that shines through both in, and outside of the studio.

We take our roles as mentors and teachers very seriously and aim to provide a safe, nurturing space for each person who walks through our doors.  

 

It is our desire to inspire a passion for the art of dance while creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere that helps your child (and you) create memories that will last a lifetime.

 

We believe that dance training encourages young people to develop a positive self-image as they increase awareness of their physical being. Along with improving coordination skills and developing muscular awareness, dance classes give children the freedom to express themselves through movement while building their overall confidence.
