PAYMENTS/BILLING 

The 2024-2025 season starts Monday, September 9th and ends Saturday, June 7, 2025. 

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS 

● Tuition can be broken into 4 separate installments. Payment 1 is due at the time of registration, payment 2 is due November 1st, Payment 3 is due January 15th and Payment 4 is due March 15th. There will be a 10% discount for additional siblings if paying quarterly ONLY. 

● Please contact us if you want to continue on a monthly tuition payment plan. ● A 7% discount is given to clients who pay tuition in full (additional sibling discount not applicable and option expires September 30, 2024). ● Please remember that this is a finance plan for the entire season and not a per class fee. Tuition is determined by an hourly rate of classes taken during a week. 

● Refund Policy: The registration fee is non-refundable, but if you paid your tuition in full or paid the first installment, please contact us in writing and we will provide the following refunds: 

August 1st - 100% minus registration fee & any convenience fees September 11th - 75% minus minus registration fee & any convenience fees October 15th - 50% minus registration fee & any convenience fees October 31st - 25% minus registration fee & any convenience fees 

● Refunds that are issued as credits will expire one year from the date they were issued. There are no cash refunds for credits. 

● Payments for classes are due at the time of registration and the quarterly installment due dates. Costume deposits and balances for our annual recital are automatically generated in association with the class in which you are enrolled. All payments towards costumes (deposit and balance) are non-refundable. If you are opting out of the spring recital performance, please notify the office in writing before December 15th. Costume deposits are due October 15th. Costume balances are due April 15th. 

● Everyone is required to enroll in autopay. You may pay by check or cash, but the payment must be in by the installment due date or the credit card on file will be automatically charged. If a credit card does not go through, and no payment has been received after 10 days of the due date, a $15.00 late fee will be charged. Statements will only be emailed to delinquent accounts. If payment is not made within 45 days of the due date, the student will not be

able to participate in the classes until the account is brought up to date. If at any time you experience financial difficulties, which prevent you from making payment in a timely manner, please notify Jen M immediately so that a payment plan can be arranged. 

● Registration fees are not refundable. 

● A registration fee of $50 is to be included with the first payment. Each additional child is $5 less with a minimum fee of $5. For example, the 1st child is $50, the 2nd child is $45, the 3rd child is $40, the 4th child is $35, etc. 

● There will be a service fee of $35 for a returned check. If your check is returned more than two times, you must pay with cash for the remainder of the year. 

● Single 45 min classes are $20.00, one-hour classes are $25.00 and 1.25 and 1.5 hour single classes are $28.00. 

Tuition 

Our 2024-2025 season runs from September 9, 2024-June 7, 2025 Tuition is based on total hours taken per week. These rates reflect the entire season. ● A 7% discount is applied when payments are made in full.

● When payment is submitted, enrollment is confirmed and a commitment is made for the entire season. You may cancel at any time in writing and we will suspend your enrollment until further notice. No refunds will be given for the “quarter”. 

● Credit card refunds will be issued minus any convenience fees (approx. 3 %) ● Siblings receive a 10% discount for the 4 installment plan only. ● Auto pay is required for the 4 installment plan.
